Nuclear Medicine Students on Computer

Comprehensive Nuclear Medicine Technologist Education

When education goes beyond textbooks and essays, students thrive. That鈥檚 why the core and program-specific classes in our nuclear medicine technologist degree program are designed to prepare you to handle real-world situations with a compassionate, human touch.

Once you complete our prerequisite courses, you鈥檒l enter the cohort as a second-year student and begin taking general education classes. Professional courses begin during your third year. Then, you鈥檒l divide your time between didactic courses and clinical rotations at various nuclear medicine and CT departments in the area.*

Our goal is to train nuclear medicine technologists who are ready to use diagnostic, therapeutic and investigative applications in the field of medicine.

*Successful completion of the nuclear medicine registry exam is required prior to CT certification testing post-graduation.
