Admission Requirements

Admission to the MSN program is open to registered nurses with a BSN degree.

Requirements for admission to the MSN program:

  • Application and fee
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Current, unencumbered RN license

State of Residence Considerations

黑料社区 currently cannot enroll students who are residents of the following states/districts into the听MSN program:听Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Wisconsin.

Prospective students are highly encouraged to visit their state board鈥檚 website for the most updated and accurate information. Note that licensure eligibility determinations are ultimately determined by the appropriate state board that issues the credential to practice.

Transfer Credits

Transfer credits are not done automatically for graduate-level courses. If you feel you have completed a course that is equivalent, you will be required to submit a course syllabus for each course. Courses to be considered must be taken within the previous 5 years from a regionally accredited institution, and you must have earned a 鈥淏鈥 or better in the course.

All requests must be approved by the respective department chair. An听听can answer any additional questions you have about transferring credits.
